My wife RUCHI SHARMA was using airtel no 9871656655. this no was disconnected almost a year ago. i got a confirmation letter regarding the same dated 18th oct (undersined by Sarabjeet Kaur head customer service delivery)
but this year they are again sending bills and givin threatning calls for receovery. i made several written complaint, email, and calls at customer care and i have record for all . but of no avail.
