Complaint regarding non receipt of call value for E-recharge of Rs 111

I am in severe pain to inform that on 18/04 at about 1818 hrs I have done an airtel successful e-recharge of Rs 111/- from New Delhi. The Transaction ID for that e-recharge was 1095406378. But it is quite unfortunate that I received Rs Zero as call value against that e-recharge.

My mobile number is 09867043557 and I performed my e-recharge while on roaming (New Delhi). My home circle is Mumbai.

I have spoken a lot to ur customer care staff but all in vain. It is further informed that my complaint must be redressed within 24 hrs.

Regarding this problem I talked to customer care executives Mr. Dinesh (who even disconnected my call) and didnot show any intention to solve my query. I asked him to connect to the Branch Manager and then he disconnected the phone. I was making these calls from my Delhi number to Mumbai Customer and hence all these calls are STD and subsequently it should be refunded (30 mins @ Rs2 i.e. Rs 60 extra need to be refunded).
