About lifetime prepaid

Sir/madam,

i am karthiga, and i am from poonamallee, i am using the lifetime prepaid for 3 years (still i am using)...

here is the complaint

what are the differents between old customer and new customer? (do you know why i am asking this, my life time prepaid cost 1300, but now people getting very cheaply..when i join this, my dad friends are joined..(totally 50 members)... now they are insulting my dad, (they asking, see for you only i joined this lifetime period, now others getting very cheaply...

now my dad frnds are saying,

airtel giving only important to new customers, they never care about old customers...

so please dont neglect my request,

try to give a response to old customers...

what will offer me?
