No Proper attention given to customer quiries

We have been trying to change our internet plan for the last 3 months.

I am curretly paying 1000 Rs for internet and want to switch over to minimum plan, since our usage is very low and we are unnecessarily paying 1000. I have been trying to chenge this for the last 3 months. We reached the customer service 2 times and they did not give proper directions.

They gave us website for us to register the complaint but it got bounced back. We agian tried reaching the customer services and told him that this what happened but they did simply ignored it.

Till this month i am paying Rs 1000 for no use.
