CLIP scheme

I have just read in the Decan Chronicle that "CLIP", an optional facility should have been provided only with the consent of the subscriber and not making it a compulsory item. I have been charged Rs25 per month since 2007 without my consent. In fact last year Trai in its order had asked the companies not to force Clip facility on subscribers. Would you please arrange for me to be credited the amounts you have charged me to date. I have put on this scheme without my consent
