Unable to send sms for activation and Wrong Recharge

Respected sir/mam,

I'm unable to send any sms for activation and for wrong recharge from my etop up no. i.e9900979929.I'm being facing this problem since 10 days, due to this my business is being affected, i'm losing my regular customers and i informed my area distributor[C.B.S Enterprises] and the manager"Mr. HARI" long ago, but theirs no action being taken from their side. So i kindly request u to look into this matter n take some action as soon as possible.
