I have be calling 121 visiting ARC Kalayani Nagar and VEGA Centre for the MCA ACTIVE & A PARTY DEACTIVE since 16th March but then of no use I justed wanted to know if AIRTEL is charging me the rental for MCA then why cann t they give service to the Customer
I had called 121 around 14 TIMES visted ARC 5 times met Mr M H Qureshi Centre Manager but then of no use and lastly i thought this problem will be resolved by VEGA CENTRE but then it was of no use for your information that i have beeing to VEGA CENTRE on 25 26 27 28 29 and 31st March but then everyday they said one ANSWER i e wait for next 24 hours and the Cust Care Exec named Ms Ajeeta even doesn t know how to talked to customer and her behaviour toward a POSTPAID Customer is like this then for Prepaid only Almighty is last hope So on 31st March 08 I have written letter to the Mumbai People and had a receiving from her but then that is also of no use
I have sended mail to Nodal Officer nodalofficer mumbai airtel in and Appelatte appellate mah airtel in but then sending mail to them was of no use. Are they working for the Organsation
I have heard alot about CUSTOMER DELIGHT and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION from AIRTEL where all has gone
So finally i have only the last option as i have written mail to 121 airtelindia com but then even i didnot got even a COURTESY CALL FROM AIRTEL 121so know i have been left with one option to move to Consumer Forum and Print Media because of the Mental Agony and Time you people have taken.
Thanks team, but then hope this WILL BE NOT REPEATED WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMER.
