Hello Tune

I had subscribed for hello tune on 25 may it was activated on 26 may but it was palying Airtel tune instead of the song choosen by me. Since then i m continuously calling Airtel but they are doing nothing except giving assurancce that ur problem will be resolved in 24 Hrs.

I m really fed up with Airtel for such slow responce to customer complaints.the co. doesn't deserve to call it No. one if it can not provide service to it's customers
