When I try to contact any land-line number of New-Delhi from my mobile (Air Tel Pre-paid connection) it always says"this is not a valid number". For this I had lodged my complaint twice yesterday with AirTel-customer care (121)- complaint ref nos"COGCS30206750226" & "COGCL206631074" with Mr Kushal who assured me for rectification within one hour... but the problem still exists.
So pl. do the needful for the problem rectification or tell me the way to solve it. My mobile number 9932662507 and e.mail i.d is [email protected]
