Airtel is the most pathetic and most disgusting service provider, I have called airtel at least 15 times to get the net on phone service deactivated, still the service is active and I get charged for it, I called up the customer care last night and requested to speak to the supervisor and rather then helping me with my problem I was abused and the call was dissconnected, I have also sent an email to TRAI about the same and they dont seem to reply I guess the problem here is that airtel has too many customers now and they just dont care about existing customers, I would like some help on this issue as I am also ready to sue the company for such an irresponsible behaviour.
