It is to inform you that your company m/s airtel communications limited has appointed several irresponsible customer care officials. I contacted your customer care officials for solving my problem of poor network, to know isd and std rates. Due to the above reasons, i have decided to quit your service and has decided to port my number in to idea cellular limited. For getting my portability number, i have send four messages with regular intervals in the prescribed format, all the time it is a failure. Now I decided to take legal actions against your company (airtel communications limited). And this is to inform you that I will insist in my actions till last
