Loss of cash

I lost my balance on 27th February, that time i callup airtel customer service (no is 9995222193). but after that i did nt get any call from them or my cash. Today (5-3-11) i called again

but for some busy i have to attend another call that time they cut my call (customer care executive). after that i tried more time but i cant get connect with custoer care

please take necessary action
