A caller from airtel customer care called me and spoked in a vulgour manner, letting many loose talks regarding the bill amount. she went through some personal informations regarding me and slashed very personally.i dont no whts wrong with whom i spoke..does airtel gives freedom to speak about your customer personals? is this how airtel customer care treat the customer... or let me know the truth, is there ne team formed by airtel like this to treat your customers...
if the answer is no i want to move a complaint regarding the person whom i spoked with, i have got the number from which i recieved the call. i came to no its a franchise, who gave these guys freedom to talk like this and go thru the persoanl information of an individual... what is the action will you be taking upon them..?
