Alance deduction and unsupportive customer care

My airtel 9967812207. i ws given 2GB of free GPRS on my new sim but when i use the GPRS service, balance is getting deducted from my main account. When i called customer care i get a message saying "dial *121# for ..." and the phone gets disconnected, and my balance is deducted again. And regarding the sms's my 500 sms per day was decreased to 100 sms per day, without even informing, i got the message after 1 day. Customer Care always make some excuses.
