False commitments due to which customer feels cheated

My cell was switched off as i was travelling out of country. the services to my number were all active.

when i returned back, my sim card failed to register on the network. i had been calling customer care 121 since saturday and each time i get committments and promises that - sir, it will take 4 hrs, it will take 2 hrs, it will start in 15 minutes... one mr aasif on 09.06.08 at 2:50pm commited that my cell will regain connection in 30 minutes and i dont know whats happening till now.

my payments were made on 7th june 08. even today my cell is not working. this is all thanks to be a loyal customer for 4 years.

i had spoiled my entire committments, appointments got canceled, lost business opportunities for which Airtel is to be blamed. how do i get my time and money back...?

if they cannot meet customer satisfaction, how can they run the business to customer expectation. there are already more than 1190 complaints registered against Airtel here in this site...! isnt this surprising?

we had a corporate account for more than 50 members and we think that these connections should be withdrawn and given to another telecom company for the corporate account because of false and improper committments due to which the customer feels cheated.
