My no is 9741539098 (Bangalore) According to my tariff plan local call rate was 50/- ps.june first week it changed to 1/- Rs. The same tariff plan is available for my mates.i called to customer care at least 10 times to get an explanation regarding this.but i didnt get any explanation. every time executives tell the application is down or they cut off the line. Now i can not call to customer care too. it seems they blocked my calls to customer care. How can i get the justice in this problem?
