Message pack of RS.29

I have complained to customer care ear4lier bt no gain to me, my complaint is this that i have got message pak in my mobile of rupees 29 in which we get 200 mesassages but when i send messags to others leaving reliance and tata mobile i got my balance cutted from main account and also frm the message pak so this is my complain and when should i think my problem will be solved my mobile no s 9794120206
