Extra rate charge

Dear sir,

My cell no.is 9890932822, my sim card is of airtel friendz scheme, in this scheme call rate applicable to me after 10 pm till 8 am are 10 paise per minute to any local airtel no.

But on 18th june i called 9960310472 which is also airtel no at 10.15 pm .the call was charged at 50 paise per minute.

But when i called customer care executive could not give proper satisfaction to this query but only promised the extra amount will be credited to my account if it was companies fault. but no such amount hs been credited.

Then what should i do in this case, can i file a complaint in the consumer forum.
