THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. THEY HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS AND THAT IS WHY I STOPPPED AIRTEL AND SUBSCRIBED TO VODAFONE AND THEY ARE TRUELY HAPPY TO HELP. TO ALL AIRTEL USERS ESCAPE FROM THE BAD SERVICE.!
