I am a customer with Airtel for the last one year. Since I wanted to shift from the present residence I have registered a request to cancel the telephone number 011-43011983 and internet connection on 23rd May. The cancellation request number is "338160". Then no one has contacted me regarding the same for about another 20 days. Then I registered another complaint on 25th of June. The response I received was that within 4 days they will do it (The reference number is 8503308). They keep generating the bills by holding the connection. I was trying to talk to the customer care service for the last three days and no one was picking up the phone. I request you to kindly do the needful help in this regard.
