Regarding return of deposit

Hi, this is Prashant. I had a Post paid connection & my cell No. is 09987528640 But on 10th may I had transfer it from postpaid to prepaid & I paid all my bill of postpaid connection, they told me that we will send cheque of 500Rs (five hundred Rs.)at your home by courier but still now they not give me my deposit of 500Rs (five hundred Rs.)
