Prepaid Mobile Recharge

I am Mr. Vijay Prabhudesai having Airtel mobile no.9967651006. On 9.4.2008 I converted this mobile from postpaid to prepaid, after visiting Airtel Galler, Thane. No information was provided to me that time. After 2 days as minimum recharge card of Rs.97/- was not available at the shop I recharged for Rs.200/-. Next month I purchased Rs.97 validity recharge card and tried to do the recharge but I was not getting the message "Service Class change violation." After calling customer care several times and after receing numerous complaint reference number till today the complaint has not been solved (even I mailed to [email protected]). Today on 6.7.2008 anybody calling my mobile is giving the message " It is temporary out of service." If on the website it is showing that Rs.200/- recharge validity 30 days and Grace period 90 days how this is possible. Please help me out
