I, Mr Ananda Malakar having airtel prepaid connection no 9002413919, while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care computer replyes send massage at 121 after sending massage replyed this service is closed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. why my customer care service (enquiry) fascility is switched off by Customer care authority. What they have problem. Never i misbehave with them. I called for GPRS activation. Now nobody beside me to help me. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
