SIM Registration Failure

Hi,

2 months back I purchased a new SIM for my lost SIM. I gave them 100/-. They didnt even gave me the receipt of the same. They said that the SIM will ge activated within 24 hrours. After 3 days, the SIM is not still activated though. When I contacted them personally, they said that the SIM was faulty and also asked me to purchase a new SIM by paying 100/- again. Helplessly I purchased the SIM day before yesterday @ 2:00 PM. They again promised me that the SIM will get activated again after 24 hrs. Now still the SIM registration is inactive. I went their today morning @ 10:00. And also told them if sim doesnt get activated by 2 today, I will take a legal action. My wife happens to be a lawyer, will take steps under her guidance.
