I am using AIRTEL for the past 4 years.
Yesterday, afternoon when I checked the balance, it was > 100, but when I rechecked it at night, it was only 3.25ps.
I called Customer Care Executive, they were trying to prove that I have visited some paid sites. But I haven't done so. I am sure that I haven't opened any such sites. GPRS is enabled in my phone. I have checked my Yahoo mail, nothing more.
Is this the service AIRTEL is providing, I called the cutomer care Team Leader, his name is MARTIN, He was trying to prove that I am lying.
To check whether I have done any mistake, I have checked the browser history, It shows only Yahoo mail.
I don't know, is it the problem of Software, or AIRTEL itself, is trying to fool the customers.
Is this the way AIRTL is making money. But if I didn't get money back, this will not be the way I will be taking action against you. I want to know whether there is LAW in this country.
All other service providers are atleast ready to solve it, but here u all r putting the fault over the customer.
This is not the first problem I am facing from AIRTEL.
Are you trying to cheat the customers. Or you don't want any more customers in AIRTEL.
You have introduced new facility of Bill Payment. Did u introduce that so that u can cheat more money from customers. How can we believe and pay our bills.
If this mail is being read by any customers. I humbly request to cut there AIRTEL connection and pass this message to all over ur friends.
DON"T USE AIRTEL.
