False deduction on downloads

I am using airtel for the past 5 months (9840224634).i have a gprs enabled mobile, hence i tried using airtel live.for the past two weeks i received many service messages for downloading wall papers and animations.i downloaded some of them .on 1st august i was looking for a wallpaper as usual which is not charged actually.but the connection was terminated automatically, and i received a msg from 64611030 that i have downloaded a java game from airtel and i have been charged for 30rs/-for that.i called the customer care immediately and i said my situation, asked him to take an action .the person who introduced himself as mr.balaji said that 24hrs is needed for verifications, asked me to call the next day.i called 121 the next day, said my situation that i have been charged wrongly.he didnt agree with me and he conirmed that i have downloaded a game.but i refused that i didnot download any game and questioned his action on my complaint.he asked me to hold online for sme moments.but to the shock the line was disconnected.i called again but to my distress i wasnt even able

to understand what the customer care person speaks and he terminated the line.to my last attepmt i would like atleast to email airtel abt my complaint and get my money back.can someone give me the exact email address for complaints to airtel?
