My phone was automatically disconnected by the company in december. When i realised this i contacted the customer care they had no answer as i had not submitted any application for disconnection .then about my deposit they told me it will be refunded in 45 days. In june again i contacted them then again they said we are once again sending a cheque, it will reach you in 15 days .my question is their bills can reach on time and that too without any mentioning of wrong address. It is not about money but about a trust you place in a company.
