Taking Extra charge

I have a dot phone connection of airtel. The bill of this phone is not dispatch to my house till two month. Every month late fees & extra charge was charged into my bill wide phone no. 0562-4000329.There is a regular phone call on my dot phone to deposit the balance. Please send my bill before due date
