I got online recharge done, through Airtel website. However, even though the amount (rs. 444) was debited from my account the recharge was not successful. I again tried online recharge, and it was successful the second time.
When contacted the customer care, they said it will be refunded in 24 hours, however there is not refund yet, Also now they have stopped responding to mails and the customer care executives don't have any answer.
The transaction detail of the failed recharge are:
