For the Past four months I am regularly submitting my complaint through online regarding unsubcription for MKR tips which has been wrongly subscribed from my mobile No. 9971901193. I had contacted number of times to cutomer care service 121 and also 543213 but to no positive reply. Whenever I recharge a sum of Rs. 30 is deducted immediately. Whereas I am requesting for unsubscription for the above service i.e. (MKR TIPS) immediately from my phone. I have already lost Rs. 120 and I cannot use my mobile properly because I cannot use it for outgoing calls. This has caused uncecessary mental harrasement and also I am losing my important calls because my father is a heart disease patient who calls me regulary. I request you this serivce may be removed immedatly. I hope I will receive my reply positively within 24 hours to my mobile or to my email: [email protected]
