DEDUCTION OF HELLOW TUNE CHARGS WITHOUGHT USING SERVICE

SIR,

i have received a call from airtel on 07-09-08 at 0525 hours for hello tune service offer, i have reject the offer. after two hours at 0722 hours i received a message that hello tune is started on your mobile. i have discontinue the service same time calling customer care. next day when checked my balance I have found Rs. 45 have been charged for Hellotune Which i hahe not subscribed.

On 08-09-08 I have made acomplain to customer care. on 09-09-08 I have confirmed from complain centre of customer care at Mohali for complain they told me that there is no complain from this no. i have requested Mr. Naresh Sherma (supervisor at Mohali) for registering a complain. Mr. Sharma refuse to register complain saying that this is not a complain.

I ask the management that when i am not intersting in hellotune why they started it on my mobile and if it is started by mistake why Mr. Sharma is not registering my complain for which he is getting salary from Company.
