This is to inform that for last 3 months i am calling 121 customer service and everytime new person comes and taking my complaints. Most worst points everytime they give new ref number. I Never subscribed clasifed ads for job still i am getting sms from airtel and they deducting money from my account. it shows airtel recurited road side people in their call centre. still i am getting sms inspite of calling 121. It proves that Airtel providing poor service to customer.
