I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY MONTHLY BILL FROM YOU. I AM PERSONALLY GOING TO YOUR CHEMBUR GALARY AND PAYING THE DUES WITH A FINE OF FIFTY RUPEES FOR NOT PAYING IN TIME. IN ONE HAND YOU ARE NOT SENDING BILLS AND ON THE OTHER HAND YOU ARE ASKING FOR A FINE FOR DELAY IN PAYMENT.
