On July 7th @ 6:30am I started getting SMS messages saying “Thank you for using Airtel Services” from the number “64611010“. This continued till 7:07am and it was a total of 32 SMS with Rs. 10 each (Rs. 320).
This was being charged saying I downloaded some WAP content which obviously I haven't. I'm not crazy to download something at 6:30 in the morning. Call to customer service & corporate care has been useless. I have been struggling for last 2months with this issue. Also I came to know that there are so many people facing the same issue so decided to give some more visibility to the issue.
