Hello Tune Not working

I am sick and tired of Airtel... it seems the customer care is paid only to sit and eat and disturb their own airtel customers...

i am being charged for my Hello Tune, but its not activated on my phone... i am unable to call the customer care from my phone, a recording says pls sms your queries at 121... but no reply from there.

i will sue Airtel... enough is enough... i want my hello tune activated asap or else i want a refund.
