Illegal charging for Alert of Mutual Fund

Last Month Airtel charged to my prepaid accout Rs 30 illegaly. When i contacted the customer care, they say it is for Reliance Mutual Fund Alert service.

I have not activated any such service. I called the customer care more than 10 times to get the amount back. And it took 4 days to resolve the complaint, and they have not offered any justification. They siply refunded.

Again this month, they charged Rs 30 to my balance. And i have started to contact the CC . They said me to wait 48 hours.

They are playing mockery on customers. My job is not calling CC alone. If i makes several calls, i am sure that they will refund the money.

But what about other poor fellows, who dont argue with the CC?

they simply got cheated. This cant be allowed.

Airtel people must take this in to notice.
