In R.R nagar bangalore from 1st june incoming calls are not coming whereas outgoing is there

IN RAja Rajeswari nagar, bangalore incoming calls from other mobile or land line mobile ars not coming at the same time when u try it said mobile switch off or not rechable but that time mobile is on.

this problem from 1st june to till now
