(1) Why your customer care executives have started pilfering money from the pre-paid credit of the mobile users?
(2) Why are they avoiding to talk to consumers for their grievances?
(3) On dated October, 01 you deducted Rs 30 for uncalled for services: VASPACK Alert and deducted Rs. 30/- by stealing money from my pre-paid credit in Mobile: No. 9892071444
(4) While sending SMS for restoring the balance, your CCEs are flooding my mobile by 100s of SMS to block my "sending" mode.
(5) Propelled by what intentions your CCEs are playing so mischievously?
All your above-mentioned consumer exploitaing acts are most unbecoming of your biggest tele-com service provider Company
Can you answer above querries immediately & resore my balance amount?
Further when are you going to stop such mal-practices of stealing money from pre-paid credit of users? Are your people not feeling shy of making easy money like this?
