About my cerdit limit

I have asked u many times to reduce my cerdit limit. but u people are not responding properly. could u pleasse reduce my credit limit to RS.500. i hope the posive reply from ur side. And i have seen twice that my mobile charges are faulty. So please look at it once.By the way my mobile number is 9949998905.
