From last few days I am getting news alerts which are paid. Even though i didn't subscribed for these.
For no reason my balance is getting deducted. I called up customer care from last 4-5 days and they told me that it'll be deactivated within 48 hours. But still they are not deactivated.
Can you pleas see to it so that these type of news alert do not come..?
