Wrong chare on hello tune

Company has cheated me more than 3 times by their hello tune service. i havent copied any hello tune from any number but they cherged a huge amt many times by saying that i hv copied the said hello tune.

now they are simply started chaetin on name of copyin the hello tune just by pressing the button

n i marked that i havent copied the hello tune bt they always cheatd me they have charged around 150 rs by their server and data base fault
