Corporate Post Paid Connection

Work with Hewlett Packard, Bangalore. Took a corporate post paid connection on October 6 through the Airtel representative Mohammad who sits at the HP Digital Park campus. Account was activated; address verification done; personal verification completed (signature obtained from me). All of a sudden on October 10, outgoing calls have been barred. Reason? Was told documents not submitted. Is it my fault that the Airtel rep does not submit papaers on time??? Between Friday and Sunday have spoken to 7 people from Airtel... they say on record that the account is green yet my service is barred. No one knows the reason... all I get are stupid replies, incorrect answers, incompetent service... and lies!!! This is a corporate account. Does Airtel wish me to get it blacklisted from HP? Will do that. I know no one is listening... and there will be no follow up. Yet am taking this chance... Can I have some effective customer service? Know it is non-existent in India... can someone prove me wrong???
