Charge for GPRS

Sir,

Without my demand and knowledge, they start gprs service at my cell 9876130271.and start charging 600 12% every month. I never checked

my bills. I came to know after 10months. I never used gprs not even for a minute. Earlier, they commited to refund 3000 S.Charge, then 1500

Now they refund only 500 S.C.

Please look into the matter and hepl me.

I will be highly obliged.
