Unaccountable, irrational&unfair management by air tel authorities.
hai iam an airtel customer and due to my optimum usage i have been able to gather aprepaid balance of about 770rupees.last month imissed my deadline of recharge by 15 days. for which my balance was completely brought down to zero.it is totally unfair for a new sim connection
would cost around 100rupees. for my repeated queries i was given awierd answer that any customer who misses his deadline even if has lakhs
of balance would be brought to zero. as consumer do i have any right to fight against this irrational penality i had to pay for air tel
