Poor Quality of Service

I am having airtel prepaid connection. I have a lot of problem about the service so provided by the Airtel. There is always network problem so i am never able to make the calls whenever i really need to make the same. Also my Balance gets deducted without any reason. When tried to talk with the customer care executives, either it does not get connected and by chance if it gets connected, the executives are not able to answer any of the queries. Also they are rude while answering.
