I am continusely losing my prepaid balance

Hi,

This mahender reddy, working in market research company in gurgaon from past 3 months.i have taken airtel prepaid connection 3 months back from that time i am continusely losing prepaid balance.

finally, i gave compiant about this in customer care they are saying, Activate "Don't Distrub service".

i have asked and begged them how should i get my money back they quoted "No way".

So..i decided to teach lesson to them. But i am not getting any idea how to proceed further.

Please help anyone those who going read my message here.

And note that this thing happening not only to me in india..many more..one day you also...
