Problem in getting net access

I was using airtel internet for the last 1 year and for the past few months i m finding a delay of atleast 10 to 15 days every month to access the net. I file a complain in the customer care but it was good for nothing. My no. is 9937696822.I want to get it right otherwise i will file a consumer case against airtel.
