About worng decteded of caller tunes charges

This is my cell no. 9993121641 today 16/11.without any information caller tune actived my cell phone and dedected monthly charges.when i discussed to customer care then he accepeted their mistakes and assured me within 30th minutes return the monthly charges in my account but i didnot recive till time.so what happend...?

kindly short my problem and deposit as same balance as soon as possible,
