Call Divert Option

Hello,

I am using Airtel prepiad no : 9894768643 for the past 6 years and one of valuable customer, but iam requesting Call managmet service (Call Divert Option) for the past 2 years but no step has been taken for there side of my request.

And also i making call to my issue to nodal officer no:9952434865 at working hours only, but getting responce as whenever (Busy).so kindly dial and check and send this mail trai and consern heads of service provider.

So kindly check and do the feasible solution,
