No responces from the customer services

Dear sir,

I am a user of your celluler company (airtel) for long time. But now I am exshausted of calling customer care, for my problem.

I am a user from meerut. And my celluler no is 9897997568.

The problem with my no is that my sms is not going to a particular no. from meerut. But it is possible to send from delhi. I have made more then 20 calls at the customer care for my problem,

But the response is always awkward either by disconnecting the call or just making a loop of the problem as forwarded.

So please sir do some thing for my problem I am just in need of your help.
